Cruise holidays are going for less than normal and with even more perks. A number of cruise lines have announced their deals for 2020 as Wave Season (when cruise lines and travel agencies put out extra-value cruise deals) gets underway. So whether you want to sail with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Princess Cruises or Virgin Voyages, now is the time to snap top deals up.

What it is: Royal Caribbean’s WAVE deal offers 60 percent off family holiday deals.
Families can enjoy children’s cruise fares from £99 on all ships, including Anthem of the Seas sailings from Southampton and the brand new Odyssey of the Seas launching in November 2020. Guests can also save up to £125 off their stateroom booking.
Eligible voyages include: The money-saving offer allows guests to holiday on any one of Royal Caribbean’s 26 incredible ships that visit more than 260 destinations in 72 countries on six continents.
This includes Allure of the Seas that sets sails from Barcelona in 2020 following a multi-million-pound makeover, and Anthem of the Seas that takes guests on European explorations from Southampton in 2020. In addition, guests can visit Royal Caribbean’s exclusive private island in the Caribbean, Perfect Day at CocoCay in the Bahamas, which opened in May.

Royal Caribbean is offering a seven-night cruise onboard Symphony of the Seas to the Eastern Caribbean and Perfect Day, CocoCay, The Bahamas from £1,199 per person based on two people sharing an interior stateroom. The offer includes access to the complimentary dining options and is based on departure on 22 February 2020. Second cruise fare only £719.
Also going is a seven-night cruise onboard Symphony of the Seas to the Western Caribbean and Perfect Day, CocoCay, The Bahamas from £1,099 per person based on two people sharing an interior stateroom. Lastly, Royal Caribbean is offering a twelve-night transatlantic cruise onboard Anthem the Seas from £1,030 per person based on two people sharing an interior stateroom. Onboard spend and half price discounts can be had with Celebrity Cruises this Wave Season.
What it is: Free onboard credit up to $700 (£537) per stateroom and 50 percent fare discount for third, fourth and fifth passengers in any stateroom on selected sailings until April 2021.
Eligible voyages include: Seven-night Norwegian Fjords round-trip Southampton cruise departing May 9, 2020.

What it is: Princess Cruises has announced its ‘best sale ever’ with prices starting at £499 per person and a £50 low deposit available.
This represents the most voyages and widest range of choice ever available for a Princess sale.
In addition, for the first time, guests can choose to add a simplified onboard savings package for £35 per person per day. The package covers premium drinks, unlimited WiFi and gratuities – which is worth over £70 for guests who pay for these items in advance of their cruise, or onboard.
The all-inclusive premium drinks include cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, coffee and tea. Guests who prefer soft drinks or are under the drinking age can take advantage of the likes of fruit juices, mocktails and smoothies.
Princess Cruises is now able to offer WiFi as part of a savings package due to an increasing number of ships being upgraded to ‘MedallionNet’, which incorporates next-generation onboard technology to allow ‘fast, reliable and unlimited’ connectivity.
Eligible voyages include: Voyages on the 3,080-guest Crown Princess, which sails roundtrip from May to November next year from Southampton to destinations such as the Mediterranean, Canary Islands and northern Europe. Also included is the 2,200-guest Island Princess, which will sail out of Southampton from June to October to northern Europe.
