Thrill-seekers, get ready for your next adrenaline rush on the world’s longest waterslide at sea!
Named ‘The Blaster’, this epic ride promises to propel two-person rafts along over 800 feet of exhilarating hills, drops and straightaways.
But that’s not all.
The slide will be located on the top deck of Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas – and an entire section of the slide will be over the side of the ship with nothing between you and the ocean below.
You won’t have to wait too long to have a ride either.
The Blaster is part of a wider $115million (approximately £88million) makeover for the ship which is re-launching on the 24th February 2019.
There will be plenty more excitement to be found too, including the slide’s counterpart ‘Riptide’, where riders get plunged headfirst down the mat racer, finishing with an exhilarating home stretch through a translucent tube.
If you can keep your eyes open, you’ll get to enjoy some pretty incredible ocean views.
The makeover also includes a host of new family-friendly attractions such as Planet Z, glow-in-the-dark laser tag and on-board escape room The Observatorium, as well as a host of dining options from a signature cocktail bar to Mexican street food.
Michael Bayley, President and CEO, Royal Caribbean International, said: "Each Royal Caribbean ship brings a new adventure uniquely designed to deliver on our guests’ preferences from A to Z.
"Every detail matters and we’ve mapped out an unmatched combination of innovative features and experiences for this top-to-bottom transformation of Navigator of the Seas."
Navigator of Seas will also be heading off on some pretty glamorous Caribbean itineraries, not to mention it will be the first ship to visit the cruise line’s private island Perfect Day at CocoCay.
