The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority, in partnership with the airport authority, unveiled a special couples-only Love Lane immigration process during the islands’ Romance Month in June.

The service is available for couples getting married, celebrating their honeymoon or simply wanting to enjoy a romantic escape.

Couples who register prior to travel receive a confirmation email containing a digital E-card which they present upon arrival in order to receive the complimentary fast-track service.

“We want all couples visiting us to feel the love starting from the moment they arrive here,” said Sherman Jeremy, special projects and events marketing manager within the tourism authority.

“Romance month has been a fixture on the marketing calendar for more than 10 years, and now that we are moving beyond the pandemic and couples can begin to plan their special occasions again, we want them to think of Antigua and Barbuda.
