The Cocoa Village Hotel in Cocoa, Fla., will be part of Radisson Hotel Group, signing on as the first new property to join the company’s Radisson Individuals soft brand.

Expected to open next year, the 107-room Cocoa Village Hotel will be located in downtown Cocoa, offering guests quick access to nearby Port Canaveral.

In addition to a lobby-level restaurant and lounge, the property will feature a rooftop restaurant, lounge and meetings facility. Other amenities will include an outdoor pool, a patio with fire pits, a fitness center, a lobby market and a parking garage.

Radisson Hotel Group launched Radisson Individuals in its Europe-Middle East-Africa and Asia-Pacific regions in late 2020, before expanding the soft brand to the Americas early last year. 

The flag has around 20 properties globally. Members are independent hotels or local/regional chains.
