The Globus family of brands has changed its Covid-19 protocols to require all guests on its international tours, river cruises and independent vacation packages to be fully vaccinated.
The company, whose brands include Globus, Cosmos, Avalon Waterways and Monograms, said the new rule will be in effect for all international travel from July 15 through Oct. 31.

Globus CEO Scott Nisbet said the policy update follows new vaccine requirements by many countries. It also “provides our travelers the safest return to travel” while ensuring “more seamless movement between countries and within destinations,” he said.
Under the new policy, travelers age 12 and older will need to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination, completed at least 14-days prior to travel. The company said it will accept vaccines authorized or approved by the World Health Organization, CDC, the European Centre for Disease Prevention or an official government body.
Globus said it will revert to its policy of requiring either proof of vaccination, a negative Covid-19 test or proven immunity for international travel in November.
