Genting Group has partnered with Hilton Hotels & Resorts
on its $4.3 billion Resorts World Las Vegas casino hotel project, detailing
plans to flag the development under three separate Hilton brands.

The 3,500-room Las Vegas Strip property, which is on track
to open next year, will operate under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts, LXR
Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts brands. Resorts World Las
Vegas will manage and operate the resort.

The
resort will also join the Hilton Honors loyalty program network.

“Our
strategic partnership with Resorts World Las Vegas underscores Hilton’s
commitment to expanding our footprint and portfolio of exceptional
properties,” said Ian Carter, Hilton’s president of global development,
architecture, design and construction. “This will mark our largest
multi-brand deal in company history.”

The
move also marks a return to the Las Vegas Strip for Hilton, which debuted in
the market in 1971 with the opening of the Las Vegas Hilton. In 2012, Hilton
terminated its licensing agreement on the hotel, which is now the Westgate Las
Vegas Resort & Casino.

In
addition to three different Hilton brand concepts, the Resorts World Las Vegas
project will comprise a 5,000-capacity theater, 350,000 square feet of meeting
and convention space, a 220,000-square-foot pool complex, a spa and fitness
center, and a variety of casual and fine-dining food and beverage offerings.
