Host agency Oasis Travel Network will eliminate fees and pay 100% of commissions for top-producing advisors starting Jan. 1. 

Top producers also qualify for rewards from the host agency’s Chairman’s Club program.

“Because OTN’s model is laser-focused on delivering preferred-supplier sales, 95% to date, and due to the success of our Chairman’s Club program in doing so, we can reward our top-producing members with no fees and 100% commissions,” said Oasis CEO Lee Smolinski.

Advisors receive Chairman’s Club points when they book with preferred suppliers and attend live and virtual events. Points are used to rank advisors for top-producer trips. They can also be used to offset fees or participation in Oasis events.

Top producers are also invited to Chairman’s Club trips. Next year, that trip will be a cruise on Explora Journeys’ new Explora I. In 2025, it will be a cruise on Regent’s Seven Seas Splendor.
