Travel agency network Virtuoso has brought 36 new agencies into the fold in the past year, many located outside the U.S.

More than half, Virtuoso said, come from Asia and the U.S. Other new agencies are located in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

In total, Virtuoso now has about 1,200 member locations in some 50 countries. The new members add 125 office locations.

“This network will continue to grow worldwide to meet the demand that will only continue to build in the future,” Virtuoso COO Brad Bourland said in a statement. “The addition of these 36 agencies, all leaders in their territories as well as on a global front, will help Virtuoso channel pent-up demand into continued success for 2022 and beyond.”
