Private equity firm KSL Capital Partners has acquired the parent company of The Pig Hotels, a collection of rural properties on England’s south coast, in partnership with its co-founder, Robin Hutson.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Hutson will continue as chairman and will retain a stake in The Pig. Tom Ross, previously group operations director, has taken on the role of managing director.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Founded in 2011, The Pig Hotels has eight properties located in the countryside throughout southern England. Guests are served homegrown food in a relaxed setting. What cannot be grown on site is primarily sourced from within 25 miles of each hotel.<\/p>\n

With KSL’s backing, The Pig will seek to add more hotels throughout the U.K.<\/p>\n
