{"id":86781,"date":"2022-07-07T02:52:58","date_gmt":"2022-07-07T02:52:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/travelbaseonline.com\/?p=86781"},"modified":"2022-07-07T02:52:58","modified_gmt":"2022-07-07T02:52:58","slug":"a-four-seasons-hotel-is-coming-to-rome-travel-weekly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/travelbaseonline.com\/where-to-stay\/a-four-seasons-hotel-is-coming-to-rome-travel-weekly\/","title":{"rendered":"A Four Seasons hotel is coming to Rome: Travel Weekly"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Palazzo Marini, a historic building centrally located in Rome&#8217;s Piazza San Silvestro, is undergoing redevelopment and will be reborn as a Four Seasons hotel.<\/p>\n<p>The property, which was recently purchased by real estate group Fort Partners Puerto Rico LLC for about $168 million, will be redeveloped in a way that pays &#8220;homage to its history while elevating it with a contemporary aesthetic.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to Fort Partners, additional details on the project will be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>Four Seasons Hotels &amp; Resorts&#8217; Italian portfolio currently includes properties in Florence, Milan and Sicily.
