A formal dining room will have indoor and outdoor seating. The hotel also will have several private dining rooms and a poolside bar.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Baccarat brand is owned by Starwood Capital Group. SH Hotels &amp; Resorts, Starwood Capital&#8217;s hotel management company, will operate the Baccarat Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>Baccarat has a hotel in New York and properties under development in Florence, Italy;
