Rocco Forte Hotels will take over management of the former Hotel Le Palme in Sardinia.<\/p>\n
Located on northern Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda, the property is being redeveloped and is expected to open in 2024 as as a new resort. The name of the resort hasn’t been revealed.<\/p>\n
Upon completion, the resort will have 64 rooms and suites as well as three restaurants, a rooftop bar, a spa and meeting and event space.<\/p>\n
The Costa Smeralda resort will expand Rocco Forte’s Italian footprint, which includes properties in Rome, Florence, Sicily and Puglia.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The company plans to debut in Milan with the Carlton Milano hotel as well as an outpost of its Rocco Forte House residential-style accommodations. Both are on track to debut in 2024.<\/p>\n
In total, Rocco Forte Hotels has 14 luxury properties across Italy, Belgium, Germany, the U.K. and Russia.<\/p>\n
