QT Sydney welcomes new Executive Chef Grant King
QT Hotels is well known for pushing the boundaries when it comes to typical hotel hospitality. Now, the entertainment-driven hotel group extends this approach to QT Sydney’s dining experience with the appointment of Executive Chef Grant King.
Previously Executive Chef at Pier Restaurant and more recently Owner & Chef at Gastro Park and The Antipodean Restaurant, King will be overseeing the food offering across all dining outlets at the eclectic hotel, with an initial focus on signature restaurant Gowings Bar & Grill.
King brings with him several notable accolades, with the most recent being named the Gault Millau chef of the year for 2017.
Passionate about memorable dining experiences with impeccable execution, King will be injecting his produce-driven culinary philosophy into all outlets at QT Sydney, evolving all menus through the concept of garden, earth and ocean, whilst staying true to the bar and grill offering synonymous with Gowings.
