Stunning £400,000 Italian villa in Tuscany to be raffled for just £25 per ticket

A stunning £400,000 villa set in the Tuscan hills is to be raffled off at just £25 per ticket.

The four bedroom residence, which would make an incredible family home or holiday house, is set nearby Northern Tuscany, in central Italy.

Organisers Jon and Annmarie Nurse, both 45, said that the competition was a “life-changing” chance for someone to snap up their dream home for next-to-nothing.

The stone villa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a private 9.5m by 4m swimming pool.

It’s described as a light, airy and spacious house which "boasts the most wonderful views at every turn”.

The peaceful retreat will be given away fully furnished and ready to be moved into.

It sits in Garfagnana in the centre of the countryside and is near to a number of hilltop villages and National Parks and mountains.

The couple have so far raised £60,000 for the Children’s Society in two previous raffles and will donate more from the Tuscan villa’s proceeds.

Jon said: “This could be a truly life-changing opportunity to have your very own Tuscan retreat with a beautiful private pool – and it’s yours to do what you want with it.

“You can live it in and enjoy it – imagine sitting in a nearby piazza sipping an Aperol and sampling the amazing food you get in the traditional restaurants."

He continued: "Alternatively, you could rent this home out as a holiday home, or even sell it to give you a great nest egg.

“The funds generated from this sale will be put to good use – we know there’s a shortage of good accommodation in the UK so we want to get involved and improve situations for people that need it.

"A stable and nice home should be the cornerstone for anyone and any family – it is the building block that makes society a better place to live.”

As well as being fully furnished, the transfer taxes and legal fees will be covered for the winner.
