Spain announce travel ban for UK flights amid coronavirus strain

Gibraltar has announced new travel restrictions on arrivals from the UK. Only certain travellers coming from the UK will be granted entry, following concerns over Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s revelation that a new “strain” of COVID-19 has infected parts of London and the south-east.

It comes as countries around the world slam shut their borders to the UK as a result.

Now, Britons must have proof they are entering Gibraltar for an essential reason if they hope to visit.
