Faye Travel Insurance has launched its Faye Advisor Portal for travel advisors and agencies, designed in cooperation with travel advisors.
Faye is app-based and offers a range of insurance products.
Its advisor portal was designed to be a one-stop shop for advisors. They have their own dashboard, enabling them to see all their insurance activity. Through the portal, they can share quotes with clients, send clients policy documents, create multiple quotes, adjust policies and keep track of sold and unsold quotes. The portal also gives advisors 24/7 access to Faye’s support and claims teams for questions and requests.
Faye plans on introducing business customization features soon, like the capability to conduct companywide and advisor-specific analysis via the platform.
The Faye Advisor Portal was developed alongside advisors who are members of Signature Travel Network (though Faye is not at this time a preferred partner of Signature’s) “to deliver an unparalleled experience” for agents.
Elad Schaffer, co-founder and CEO of Faye, said his company aims to give travel advisors modern tools to sell insurance.

Use of the advisor portal is complimentary. Faye said its commission levels “are in line and competitive with industry standards.”
