Dream Vacations and CruiseOne announced a number of new tools available to travel advisors during their National Conference aboard the Norwegian Encore last week, including new profiles, personalized videos and more diverse marketing assets.
The franchisor said it will also roll out a new agent directory, which will use search engine optimization (SEO) to help increase franchisees’ organic search results. Agents will also be able to post more in-depth profiles on the directory with blog posts.
Advisors will have access to personalized videos that incorporate their contact information. Dream Vacations and CruiseOne said the videos are professionally produced and can be used across social media to increase exposure.
Dream Vacations and CruiseOne agencies will also have access to revamped welcome-home surveys. Clients receive the surveys when they get back from a trip, and they will be incentivized to write a public review with a $1,000 sweepstakes.
“Historically, one of the quickest ways to find new customers is via word of mouth, which is an effective strategy,” the franchisor said in a release. “However, in the technologically advanced world we live in, word of mouth is not always face to face; instead, it’s now done primarily through online business reviews.”
Dream Vacations and CruiseOne advisors will have access to redesigned creative assets. In addition to new designs for things from emails to custom website banners, the redesigned assets will feature more diversity and representation.
“We are constantly innovating and delivering effective tools to help our network of travel advisors transform their businesses through marketing initiatives and lead-generation tools that help them to increase visibility and credibility,” director of marketing Alicia Linden said.
