Introducing the All New Ready Rooms!

Ready Rooms has had an extreme makeover and has launched its all new platform with upgrades and improvements to make the experience for agents using the system seamless.

Officially launched at the Helloworld Travel Owner Managers Conference in Adelaide on Saturday the new design of Ready Rooms features an all new interface, is not only easier to use, but has added components to give agents more flexibility when booking. The revamp gives agents the ability to amend partially paid bookings, through amending dates, changing hotels, working on a booking at
different points in time and adding transfers or day tours closer to departure dates.

The upgrade also sees significant improvements to the search functionality and its results. With the use of hotel name search, filters with nightly rate price slider, an improved map search and functions, hotel availability on selected dates and the ability to hide prices in a customer view, all of the upgrades provide agents with more advanced tools to service their clients efficiently.

Transfers and Activities have also been separated to make it easier to search each, and there is an added ability to request group rates for 10 plus guests. With many more upgrades already made and more in the pipeline, these changes are giving Agents the tools they need to continue operating at a high level of service through the Ready Rooms portal.

“We are delighted to launch the all new and improved ReadyRooms” said Cinzia Burnes, Executive Director Helloworld Travel and Head of Wholesale and Inbound.

“We have listened to agents feedback and put a lot of time, effort and resources into this new site and have no doubt it will deliver great results for everyone using the upgraded functionality and capabilities.” she added.

To celebrate the launch of the all new Ready Rooms, Agents have the opportunity to WIN ONE OF 115 PRIZES FROM A PRIZE POOL VALUED OVER $25,000!
